Billy Ray And Tish Back On?

Finally an update on the Billy Ray Cyrus divorce saga.  And it just might happen to be good news.

Our friends over at TMZ are reporting that over the weekend, Billy Ray and wife, Tish, (Miley's parents, for all you kiddos out there) went and saw a movie together.
