While some teenagers look to Olympic athletes or pop stars as their role models, Tim McGraw's three daughters Grace, Maggie, and Audrey have a real life role model in their own home: their mom, superstar Faith Hill

“I think the best thing, or the greatest thing my girls have going for them, is having their mother as a role model," McGraw says sweetly (quote via Big Machine Label Group).

Though, the 46-year-old songstress isn't necessarily the best role model because of her fame -- instead, her husband lauds her everyday example as being an excellent one for their daughters.

"I think that all they have to do is watch her and be exposed to how she lives her life and the way she treats people and the way she takes care of her family," says the 'Highway Don't Care' hitmaker. "I think they’re learning the best lesson they can learn just having her as someone to look up to and someone to learn from.”

McGraw and Hill are raising daughters that they view as very well-adjusted, and the songstress is proud of the fact that she can demonstrate to their kids " ... what it means to be a woman who is smart and in charge of your business.”

Although McGraw points to his wife as a prime role model for their daughters, he's pretty inspirational, as well. With a brand new single 'Lookin' for That Girl' and a new album in the works, he's the epitome of a dedicated worker. Coupled with his wife's Southern grace and charm, the McGraw-Hill girls have not one, but two great role models in their home!
