Trisha’s Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey- Week 11
Well, it's week eleven of my Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey, and I am happy to report that I have lost right at 35 pounds. The most exciting part of that accomplishment is this past week I lost 3.5 pounds over Thanksgiving week! I even enjoyed a couple of bites of Red Velvet Cheesecake. When was the last time you lost weight over any holiday? I know I never have! So far I have also lost a total of 17 inches as well! I've been going through my closets and getting rid of everything that is too big and that is a great feeling! I have gone down 2 sizes and that makes my holiday wish list a little more exciting to share!
My coach, Sheryl, is amazing! Sheryl is very encouraging as well as knowledgeable which has certainly helped in my success so far with the program. She's always giving me new recipes and ideas to help me stick with the program. I love that she celebrates my success with me along the way! She's just excited to see me succeed as I am!
Ideal You is a lifestyle change rather than just a diet. Yes, in the beginning you'll have to make some sacrifices, but in the end, you will have a new found way of eating that will help you maintain your weight loss for a lifetime! This will be your LAST diet!
