Trisha’s Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey- Week 20
This week on my Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey, after my weekly weigh in, I am proud to report that I have lost a total of 55 pounds and 28.25 inches! I feel amazing and I am so close to my goal now, I can taste it! :D The support you get at Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness, not just from your coach, but from the entire staff, is going to help out a lot along your journey!
My coach, Sheryl, is amazing! Sheryl is very encouraging as well as knowledgeable which has certainly helped in my success so far with the program. She's always giving me new recipes and ideas to help me stick with the program. Sheryl knows what it's like to struggle with weight loss and she is proof that the program not only works, she is proof you can keep the weight of as well!
I love it when I see people that I haven't seen in awhile and they are amazed with the new me! My journey isn't over yet, but I can tell you now, I am never going back to the "old" me.
Ideal You is a lifestyle change rather than just a diet. Yes, in the beginning you'll have to make some sacrifices, but in the end, you will have a new found way of eating that will help you maintain your weight loss for a lifetime! This will be your LAST diet!
