Trisha’s Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey-Week 6
Well, it’s week six of my Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey, and I am happy to report that I have lost right at 22 pounds! Not only have I lost pounds, but I have also lost right at 9 inches as well! It’s no wonder I feel so much better and have a lot more energy! My coach, Sheryl, is an inspiration! She is also an Ideal You Weight Loss and Wellness Success Story. So she knows what it’s like to be on the program. Sheryl is very encouraging as well as knowledgeable which has certainly helped in my success so far with the program.
Each week I get a new recipe to try which also helps keep things interesting. If you’re like me, eating the same thing day after day gets really boring and can lead to straying from the diet.
Another thing I love is the fact that Sheryl has been working with many local restaurants to implement some Ideal friendly choices on their menus. I tried one this past week and it was amazing! See for yourself:
This is the Ideal Combo featured on the menu at La Cocina. It comes with Steak & Chicken, Mushrooms, Red & Green Peppers( I opted out of the Green Peppers), lettuce & tomatoes. As you can see, it is a lot of food and very filling. Not only is it filling, but it delicious and it is compliant with the Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Program. I loved it so much I went back again for it this week!
Ideal You is a lifestyle change rather than just a diet. Yes, in the beginning you’ll have to make some sacrifices, but in the end, you will have a new found way of eating that will help you maintain your weight loss for a lifetime! This will be your LAST diet!
