Are you excited to see Carrie Underwood at the Casper Events Center on May 10th, 2016?  As excited as you are to get your hands on tickets, scammers are just as excited to try and take your money!

The Casper Events Center management team cautions patrons of the threat of online ticket scammers as they gear up for the on-sale of the May 10th, 2016 Carrie Underwood concert.

Tickets go on sale for the concert this Friday, November 6th, at 10:00am. Ticket prices start at $46.00 and will be available through the Casper Events Center Box Office, in person, by phone at 307-577-3030, or at www.CasperEventsCenter.com.

Online ticket sellers often sell bogus or higher-priced tickets to local events. This issue is a problem nationwide and it also effects the Casper market. The concern is that unsuspecting customers purchase these tickets for extremely high-prices and the tickets may not even be legitimate. If they are legitimate tickets, customers often pay multiple times the face value that the tickets are selling for through the Casper Events Center box office and online at their website.

Although not all resellers are scammers, the Casper Events Center encourages customers to ensure that they are on the official website, www.CasperEventsCenter.com, to avoid any potential ticket issues. The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 5:00pm and is available to assist customers in making sure that they are in fact, purchasing legitimate tickets.

Additionally, the Casper Events Center encourages customers to sign up for the “Cyber Club” to be the first to be notified of pre-sale opportunities for upcoming events. To sign up, please visit www.CasperEventsCenter.com and select “Cyber Club” at the very top of the page.
