White or dark, what is Wyoming’s favorite turkey meat? Our poll results are in.

Now that we're mostly done with Thanksgiving leftovers, here are the differences between white and dark meat. They may or may not change your mind on which you choose over the rest of your holidays involving turkey.

This may be too much information on the differences. White meat has fewer calories at 160. That is the breast, says the Department of Agriculture. Dark meat - the thigh - actually has only 30 more calories, at 190.

Dark also has more vitamins than white – iron, zinc, thiamine, riboflavin, B6 and B12.

Flightless birds have muscles in legs and thighs, which means a juicier, gamier flavor.

Is that enough to leave us totally confused?
