If you're out of work and feeling like you're out of options, you are not alone.  There are lots of people still out of work and looking for good paying jobs.  So if you're feeling the frustrations of the job search, you might consider what one woman did and got 13 job offers in 3 days.

We're not saying this would work for everyone, but if you're looking for a job, you might follow this young woman's lead and generate your own magic instead of waiting for something to fall in your lap.  She got creative and proved she knew the meaning of the word - 'hustle'.

28-year-old Carrie Kemeling quit her job in Buffalo, New York earlier this month after she got passed over for a promotion.

She was a sales rep at a jewelry store for three years, and she'd been in the industry for seven. And when she realized they were never going to make her a manager, she decided she could do better.

So instead of eating junk food and binge watching her favorite shows on Netflix for a week straight, she immediately started looking for a new job.  She took to standing on a corner and handing out resumes to anyone who would take one.

For the next three days, she got dressed up like she was going on an interview, stood next to a sign that said, "Not homeless, but hungry for success" and handed out her resumes.

And by the end of her third day, she had received thirteen different job offers.

None of them paid what she was looking to make. So she kept at it, and finally ended up with a good paying full-time job with an I.T. company and we are happy to report that she started work this past Tuesday.

If you're out of work or just in the market to find a good paying job, be sure to get your resume together and come join us for the 'Now Hiring Job Fair' and the WCA Regional Training Center from 9am - 2pm on Tuesday, September 22nd.
