Wyoming federal judges recently sentenced seven defendants for drugs, child pornography and firearms crimes, according to a news release from the Wyoming U.S. Attorney's Office.
Chief U.S. District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal sentenced Christopher Edward Isgrigg, 53, of Wheatland for being a felon in possession of firearms. Isgrigg was arrested in Cheyenne. He received time served and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment. This case was investigated by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

U.S. District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdah sentenced Brian Dewayne Johnson, 38, of Evansville for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. He received six years, eight months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of probation, and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment and $400 in restitution. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Highway Patrol, the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the BATFE.
Skavdahl sentenced Steven Timothy Brown, 56, of Lead, S.D., for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Brown was arrested in Casper. He received 10 years of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of probation, and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment and $500 in restitution. This case was investigated by the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office, the Wyoming Highway Patrol, the DCI, and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

 

Skavdahl sentenced Rick Olsen, 49, of Casper for possession of child pornography. He received six years eight months of imprisonment, to be followed by 10 years of  probation, and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment and a $400 fine. This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Skavdahl sentenced Jaimie Lynn High Horse, 26, of Kyle, S.D., for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, heroin, and marijuana. High Horse was arrested in Rawlins. She received five years of imprisonment, to be followed by four years of probation, and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment. This case was investigated by Rawlins Police Department and the DCI.

 

Skavdahl sentenced  Ashley Aloysius Addison, Sr., 41, of Riverton for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. He received two years of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of probation, and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment and $400 in restitution. This case was investigated by the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service.
Skavdahl sentenced Candace April Roberts, 34, of Pryor, Mont., for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Roberts was arrested in Casper. She received time served and was placed on three years of probation. Roberts was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment and a $250 fine. This case was investigated by the BATFE with the assistance of the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
