Despite Wyoming football finishing with a losing record in 2013, they may have some success in May's NFL Draft.

Three Cowboys are projected to be drafted.  Quarterback Brett Smith, Wide Receiver Robert Herron, and Free Safety Marqueston Huff.

Smith announced last week he will forego his senior season and enter the NFL Draft.  CBS Sports has Smith listed as the sixth best QB in this year's draft and a second or third round pick.

CBS Sports Current quarterback rankings:

1 - Teddy Bridgewater (Louisville)

2 - Derek Carr (Fresno State)

3 - Johnny Manziel (Texas A&M)

4 - Blake Bortles (UCF)

5 - A.J. McCarron (Alabama)

6 - Brett Smith (Wyoming)

Robert Herron is listed as the 17th best wide receiver in the draft and projected to go in the third or fourth round.  The 2014 draft may be in high demand for receivers.

Marqueston Huff is the sixth best free safety on the board and is a fourth round projection.
