Forbes magazine just announced their top 10 best ski resorts in the US and Wyoming is home to 2 of them.

Grand Targhee and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort both received the distinguished honors of named as top ski resort destinations for the lovers of the steep and deep.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort was named the best ski resort in the country by Forbes.com.  The top ranking was due in part to the growing number of 5 start accommodations for visitors, expanded flight schedules and great snow conditions.

Grand Targhee comes in at #8 on the list falling down the list from Jackson hole only due to the smaller runs offered to snow enthusiests.  But if you're looking for skiing opportunities without the large crowds at other resorts, this is the place you'll want to be.
