Any resident of the Cowboy State can understand if your plan is to just retire right here where you are, but not everyone can live in Wyoming, #6 on WalletHubs list of the Best States to Retire. For folks in other states, like last on the list Kentucky, the objective might be to “Relocate to an area where you can stretch your dollar without sacrificing your lifestyle,” according to another WalletHub report on retirement. 

Of the overall Top 10 states to retire, #1 is Florida. That's likely no shock, but Colorado is #2.  Wyoming also has three other bordering states that are attractive: South Dakota #3, Utah #7 and Idaho #8.
