Wyoming legislatures are considering doing away with daylight saving time.

When I first came across this article (which has all the details) I let out an actual cheer.

As a mom of five children, I DREAD these twice a year time changes.

I have no idea why a one-hour difference can wreak such havoc on our schedule but it does! Any mom out there knows that naptime and bedtime are sacred. The time change throws this delicate balance all out of wack and I end up with requests for breakfast at 4:30 am and kids falling asleep at the dinner table.

I know I'm not alone, there are hundreds, if not thousands of memes dedicated to the struggle that is parenting young children during those first few days after the time change.

If you took the time to read the article you may have seen that whether or not Wyoming does away with daylight saving time depends on if at least three states around Wyoming decide to go to Mountain Daylight Saving Time year-round.

I'm pretty sure I can round up enough mom friends to start a pretty solid phone call campaign across the Western US and convince these other three states that ditching daylight savings time is a brilliant idea...does anyone else want to join me?
