If you ever heard the state with the most horses per humans is Wyoming, it's true.

Some other states have a hefty horse per person ratio. Here are the exact numbers from the American Humane Society.

1. Wyoming ... 5.1 people per horse

2. South Dakota ... 6.4

3. Montana ... 7.1

4. Idaho ... 8.8

5. North Dakota ... 10.7

At this point there are no stats on the state with the most “horse’s asses" ... yet.
