Zentangle Classes Offered At The Casper Recreation Center

Zentangle® is an easy-to-learn, relaxing and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. No drawing experience is needed for classes. Join instructor Jody Halferty, CZT, at the Casper Recreation Center for Family Zentangle® or a Saturday Zentangle® Workshop.Family Zentangle® - Parents, Grandparents, teens, tweens & kids will learn and enjoy the fun art of Zentangle® together. Class meets Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm beginning October 2.

Saturday Zentangle® Workshop: Paper Projects –This One day workshop for adults will incorporate the fun of Zentangle while making a paper project to display your works of Zentangle. Bring your basic Zentangle supplies and the rest of the project supplies will be provided for you.

October 4 from 10:00 am-2:00 pm. Bring a lunch.

There will also be a new class, Zentangle® Inspirations, beginning November 3 on Mondays from 6:00-8:00 pm. Lines, swirls, and other decorative patterns have been around since ancient times. Explore the ancient cultures of the Stone Age, Mesopotamia, Egypt, Greece, and Rome.
