Hey! First of all, I want to thank you for visiting my page and getting to know me a little bit. You won’t be sorry. I’m Cowboy Troy. I was born right here in Casper, Wyoming, and brought up in the shadow of the Teapot Dome in the light crude producing region known as the Salt Creek Oilfields. I like to think that I am Wyoming. I love country music and its roots. I love performing as well. I have a degree in theatre and have been performing on various Casper stages for over twenty years. I also am an accomplished drummer and have played music all over the region for the same amount of time. My other hobbies include stand-up comedy, singing, karate, annoying people, and Legos. I hope these so called “talents” help draw you in, and make your My Country listening experience one that you won’t ever forget. Thanks for listening!

Spanish Woman Who Badly Restored Religious Wall Painting Wants Paid
The nerve! Actually, I think this is kind of awesome, but I can definitely see both sides. Remember about a month ago when an elderly lady in Spain did her own patch job and inferior restoration on a venerable church fresco. Well, it's become such a tourist attraction in and of itself that she's demanding royalties from the church.
No Father-Daughter Dancing in Rhode Island – Thanks ACLU
How come almost always when I hear about the A.C.L.U. (America Civil Liberties Union),which I want to believe is a good organization dedicated to ensuring the liberties of us and our fellow countrymen,I am disappointed? Case in point - they recently felt the need to put the pressure on the Cranston, Rhode Island School Department and have their celebrated father-daughter dance banned. I'm sure it
Man Dies Leaving $7 Million in Gold Behind in His House
It's really difficult sometimes to restrain my bitterness and not judge my parents too harshly for not being rich and being able to leave me a huge and much deserved inheritance. So, you know I have nothing congratulatory to say to this lady either.
Discovering Yellowstone National Park For The First Time [GALLERY]
I think it was an old slogan for Heinz Ketchup or something like that, where I first remember hearing 'Good Things Come to Those who Wait.' Well, if that truly is the case, both Yellowstone National Park and I have benefited tremendously from my most recent trip. That's because both of us have waited it out patiently for the last 42 years for me to make my first foray into "Geyserland."
Frequent Flier Miles Could Net You a Trip to Outer Space
This is pretty cool if you're one of those that dream about shedding your Earthly bonds one day and becoming a mild form of the word astronaut. Thanks to the ingenuity of Virgin Airlines founder, Richard Branson, those frequent flier miles that have been accumulating could be your ticket to the great beyond.

Help Larry Gatlin Give a Little Something Back to the Man in Black [VIDEO]
Last Wednesday night, I was privileged to take in an awesome Dierks Bentley concert in Douglas in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Wyoming State Fair. Good times! Even better was the privilege of taking in some of the "legends" of Country - Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers, as they opened for the "Dierkster." It was at the fairgrounds that Larry opened up wit
