A Bar Nunn man is accused of exposing himself in public.

Twenty year old Brenden Day has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges of public indecency and child endangerment.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say at around 4:30pm on Monday, April 18th, a juvenile female was walking home from school, and reported seeing a male in an alley in the area of Milton and Beech Streets, with his hands on his exposed genitals.

She was able to provide a description of the male to police, who eventually found Day, because they had a description of him and his vehicle, and wanted to question him about a number of other reported incidents, that he was alleged to have been involved in.

When interviewed, he said he had been struck in the head with a baseball bat, and had not been right since that time.

He added that he had urges and that he recently ended a relationship, lost a job and was kicked out of his residence.

Day said the rage he was experiencing cause the impulse to masturbate in public.

He also admitted to doing the same thing at several hotels, and in one instance, in the lobby.

Day said he felt the masturbation was a way to release negative emotion that he was feeling and fantasized about abducting a person during his events.

He is being held on $2,500 bond awaiting trial, and could face up to six months in jail on the public indecency charge, and up to one year in jail on the child endangerment charge if convicted.
