Cowboy Troy Identifies Cause of Downtown Casper Collisions

Hey y'all!  What a gorgeous day in the neighborhood!  Ya think summer might have finally made it?

So, I'm walking to work this morning, minding my own business and making my way through the downtown area.  Within about three minutes, I was witness to about 3 separate auto accidents.  I was baffled as to what the cause might be, but then I realized...

...people were being blinded by my industrial-strength reflectors.

Fortunately no one was killed, or even slightly amused.  Rest assured progress is being made.  Just bear with me for a few more walks.  :)

P.S.  There were no real accidents that I'm aware of.
