In conjunction with the museum’s current exhibit “Please Give Us One More Boom,” the Fort Caspar Museum Association will host a Lunch and Learn program on Saturday, October 4th. The speaker will be the exhibit’s curator, Leslie Waggener, who will give a talk on the oil and gas industry in Wyoming.

Join us at 12:00 pm for the optional lunch (with reservation), or you may just enjoy the lecture, which will begin at 1:00 pm. The cost for the buffet-style lunch of fried chicken, sides, dessert, and beverages is $5 for Fort Caspar Museum Association members and $8 for non-members, payable at the door. Lunch reservations must be received by Thursday, October 2nd. The lecture is free with the paid lunch or free with paid Museum admission.

“Please Give Us One More Boom” was organized by the University of Wyoming’s American Heritage Center and will be on view through October 11th.
