Stevens initially listed the estate for sale for $8.2 million in August of 2023 before removing the listing that December. He relisted the property in April, asking $6.9 million for his luxurious home, which sits behind gates on 6.38 acres of very private, wooded land.
Stevens is now asking $5,960,000 for his estate, which breaks down to $586 per square foot and a monthly payment of $39,060.
Stevens' hits over the decades include "Everything Is Beautiful," "The Streak," "Misty," "Mississippi Squirrel Revival" and many more.
The 85-year-old has remained an active performer well into his later years, but he announced in January that 2024 will mark his final run of regular live shows at his Nashville venue, Ray Stevens CabaRay Showroom. Stevens still plans to write, record and perform select shows after 2024.
