Blake Shelton is pretty used to being nominated for big awards, but that doesn’t mean he’s not ecstatic to receive more nods at the CMAs this year. The ‘God Gave Me You’ hitmaker has racked up four new nominations in 2012. Meanwhile, 20-year-old Hunter Hayes is enjoying the first CMA nomination — and he’s eternally grateful.

Hunter Hayes and Lady Antebellum both snagged a sweet surfboard award at last night’s (June 22) 2012 Teen Choice Awards. Hayes was honored as the year’s Choice Male Country Artist and Lady Antebellum took the award for Choice Country Group.

Over the past 10 years, Toby Keith has been the most-played artist on country radio. His feat as one of country music’s most influential artists was enough to garner the win for Artist of the Decade at the 2011 American Country Awards on Monday night (Dec. 5).
