Father's Day is almost up on us, and that means BBQ, family, and friends. While it's not as celebrated as Mother's Day - mainly because everybody knows that Mom is the real back-bone of the family - it does occur during the best time of the year. The weather's warm, but not too hot, and almost all activities will be outside.
Grilling outdoors might seem simple since it’s the way that sub-average intelligent cavemen cooked food for themselves for years, but they’re all dead now — probably because they didn’t know that undercooked meat can cause food poisoning.
As the days start to get a little longer, not to mention hotter, there is no doubt that summertime is just around the corner. It is an exciting and special time of year, one that is best shared with lots of family and friends while being complimented with a lot of great food.
