It has now been two years since we have attended Beartrap, so I thought it was the perfect time to share a list of what you need to bring to Beartrap.

We are one week (and one day) away from Beartrap Summer Festival, and I am so excited!

Today, we were greeted with the shocking news that Charlie Daniels had passed away. This reminded us of a special summer at Beartrap when Charlie Daniels performed here in Casper. Here are some pics and video to remember the legend.

With a heavy heart, we at the Beartrap Summer Festival have made the tough decision to cancel the 2020 event, and look forward to an even bigger celebration with our festivarians next year, August 7th and 8th, 2021.

When I heard that Skid Row was replacing Survivor at Beartrap Summer Festival, I was reminded that there is a country connection to those guys. That tie to the band is Carrie Underwood.

In case you've been living under a rock and haven't heard, Mark Chesnutt is the Sunday headliner at the Beartrap Summer Festival. Mark told us that he plans to turn the meadow into one big honky tonk.

It's officially Beartrap weekend!

Ned LeDoux was born and raised in Wyoming. But, his upcoming performance at Beartrap will be his first time in Casper. We spoke to him about what everyone can expect from him and his band when they play on the mountain.

Ned LeDoux just shared a new message that is great news if you have been waiting on new music from him. He has a brand new song coming at the end of June.

The Beartrap Summer Festival marks 25 years of music on the mountain this summer with everything that’s kept crowds growing for a quarter-century: sunshine, mountain air, vendors, food and drink … and a great roster of musicians for this milestone celebration, August 3 and 4 in Beartrap Meadow on Casper Mountain.

Headlining act the Roots & Boots tour featuring Aaron Tippin, Sammy Kershaw, and Collin Raye had just taken the stage when a gentle rain began to fall. By about the fourth song of the set, the gentle rain turned into large hail.

The 2018 Beartrap Summer Festival is set for August 4th and 5th in Beartrap Meadow on Casper Mountain. See who performing on the Hilltop National Bank stage here!
