Bountiful Baskets Food Co-op

I had read about a few healthy reasons to use Coconut Oil, so when I  saw it was available as an extra in the weekly Bountiful Basket, I decided to order some.  The jar was rather large, about a gallon if I'm not mistaken, so I thought I'd see what else I could use it for.

Bountiful Basket Food  Co-op was informed informed that Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recalled a limited number of Daniella brand mangoes due to the presence of Salmonella.  The Mangoes that were distributed on 7/28/12 and 8/4/2012 in the conventional baskets were Daniella Mangoes.
