Having lived in major metropolitan areas around the country, I try not to complain about Wyoming drivers.

For the last few years, I've been trying to argue that Casper drivers aren't that bad, but each passing day, my mind is slowly changing.

When the sun goes down, it's seems many people's driving ability goes away.
