Wyoming counties included are Big Horn, Hot Springs, Johnson, Natrona, Park, Sheridan and Washakie.

Precipitation is expected to develop east of the Divide late today into the evening hours as the upper-level system shifts into central and eastern Wyoming.

The flooding began over the weekend when warm temperatures melted snow and ice jams caused water to back up.

The conditions could aggravate the growth of and the fighting of wildfires in much of the state.

The snow is expected to become heavy over the mountains, with total accumulations of 12 inches to 18 inches, with locally higher amounts.
