A Natrona County Sheriff's Office report alleges Lovelace stole an iPhone from a 32-year-old man at Bessemer Bend south fishing access at 12:10 p.m. Friday.

He could be sentenced to spend 11 years in prison and pay $11,000 in fines if convicted on both counts.

Quillin remains in custody, with his bond set at $1.5 million.

If convicted on all counts, Harnetty could face 16-190 years in prison and $110,000 in fines.

Cai was interviewed and admitted to searching for child pornography on his laptop computer and using P2P software on the internet. Cai said there were several hundred files on an external hard drive in his possession and he used his laptops to download child pornography, according to documents filed in U.S. District Court. Cai also confirmed that he was an assistant professor at the University of Wyoming and he used his personal laptops to connect to the internet via the UW network.

And it all happened while a police officer lived just half a block away.

An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.

Starnes-Wells was on a previously-planned vacation in another state when the warrant for her arrest was issued last week.

When the school social worker told the children that she would have to speak to their mother, court documents say, the children became “petrified” and said, “If you do, it will make everything worse.”

Sgt. Aaron Shatto of the Natrona County Sheriff's Office says Todd Wells turned himself in Thursday.

She allegedly said she smoked and injected the meth, adding that she regularly sold meth in order to support her addiction and to pay her bills.

He was taken to Wyoming Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening.
