To set a new precedent, Laramie County Sheriff Brian Kozak had the entire jail searched for contraband yesterday, Oct. 11.

During the stop, the trooper could smell the odor of marijuana and was notified the truck was stolen.

All right! This guy either has obvious hidden talents or he's just not playing with a full deck. Regardless, Earl Lee Vogt, who was arrested and jailed Tuesday on a narcotics conviction,  still managed to get everything checked off his Christmas list.  Problem was, where to hide the presents?
