The outages were first reported at 8:03 p.m.

A number of businesses on East Second Street are reportedly without power as a result of the outage.

No cause of the outages is listed, other than the company saying that multiple outages exist.

Completion of the wind projects by 2020, the company says, will allow it to use federal production tax credits to provide net cost savings to customers over the life of the projects.
