Coming up this Sunday (May 7th, 2023), it's the very first Park It! Food Truck Festival at the Sunrise Shopping Center.

One of the city's favorite local food trucks will be on hiatus for the foreseeable future.

The wait is almost over! "Antojitos Shiwas Restaurant & Mini-Market" will be having their grand opening at their brand new location next week.

The Casper area has a plethora of food trucks, some local and some regional, that travel in and around our area often, but the one thing we don't really have is a "food cart" option.

There is no such thing as too many food trucks and Casper is now welcoming the latest addition.

Casper's food truck scene is booming, and with Antojitos Shiwas selling their truck, NOW could be the time to get in on being a part of this growing business.

It's always nice whenever we get new food options in Casper and since it is the season for good barbecue, the timing couldn't be any more perfect.

If you've been following the guys from Double Dubs on social media as much as I have, you'll see that their bags will be a little bit heavier on their trip back to the Cowboy State from Buffalo New York.

Every time a new food option emerges in Casper, it is a reason to rejoice.

If you're new to Casper, be aware that we're kind of obsessed with food trucks here. With that fact in mind, we need to convince Whataburger to bring their new food truck to town.
