A woman is dead after crashing her vehicle into an irrigation canal just north of Lander.

The man who was shot was taken by ambulance to a hospital in Riverton and then later flown elsewhere with serious injuries.

If convicted, he could face more than two decades behind bars.

Authorities in Fremont County have located the body of a 15-year-old boy from Pilot Butte Reservoir in Fremont County.

Authorities say there's no evidence suggesting that anyone other than Strock was involved in the incident and there is no threat to the community.

All of those rescued were out-of-state residents.

The sheriff's office expressed condolences to the unnamed boy's family.
