The weather outside is frightful and Hogadon Basin Ski Area has announced that, due to said frightful weather, they are shutting down operations until Friday...at the earliest.

At the Casper city council meeting on Tuesday, the council heard about what changes are planned at the Hogadon Basin Ski Area to help reduce the city's subsidy.

Casper City Council will be voting next week to decide on proposed rates for upcoming night skiing being offered by the Hogadon Basin Ski Area.

The Hogadon Basin Ski Area tested recently installed lights which will allow for night skiing during the upcoming ski season.

The recent snow storm which blanketed our fair city with heavy snow, blessed us with a good twenty inches high atop Casper Mountain.

We are fortunate to have skiing so accessible to all of us in Casper at Hogadon Basin Ski Area. There's a home available on the mountain that is even more accessible to skiing as it's quite literally just down the road from Hogadon.
