Trisha’s Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey-Week 26
Well it's week 26 of my Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey, and after a not so great week last week ( I accidently ate 2 restricted items per day last week & gained 2 lbs) at my weekly weigh in, I had a great week! I am back on target! I lost 4.6 pounds and 3.25 inches! That puts me at a total of right at 62 pounds lost as well as 33 inches overall!
