A 36-year-old attorney from Brentwood, Tenn. was arrested over the weekend and charged with aggravated stalking in a case involving John Rich. Mark Christopher Sevier is accused of stalking Rich, even after police issued restraining orders in July and August 2012. The two men have a relationship that goes back to at least 2005.

John Rich, who won his season of 'Celebrity Apprentice' in 2011 while competing to benefit St. Jude, is a consummate and constant do-gooder. The country star will perform alongside Wynonna Judd and his Big & Rich band mate Big Kenny at an upcoming all-star event called St. Jude Presents John Rich & Friends.

John Rich is set to headline the St. Jude Presents John Rich & Friends concert, which will serve as the first-ever concert event for the 2012 FedEx St. Jude Classic. Scheduled for June 5 at the Cannon Center in Memphis, Tenn., the star-studded concert performers also includes Rich’s superstar duo gig Big & Rich, country superstars Kellie Pickler and Darius Rucker and comedian Jeff Foxworth

The country singer joined that trio by winning the 'The Celebrity Apprentice' Sunday night, beating out fellow finalist Marlee Matlin. For his victory, Rich took home $250,000 for his charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

John Rich has a lot to smile about lately. For one, he's one of the final two contestants vying for the title of Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice. He's up against Marlee Matlin, and the finale is on NBC this Sunday night.

Coming into this week’s episode, John Rich was one of the last five men standing on ‘Celebrity Apprentice.’ He was also coming off of a week as project manager, and while Team Backbone didn’t win, yet they still raised millions for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and demonstrates a keen understanding for playing Celebrity Apprentice.

If you ask me, Donald Trump's got his hands full on the 4th season of NBC's Celebrity Apprentice. Beginning tomorrow night, it's back to the drama, the board room, and to Donald's signature line, "you're fired."

The catchy song has led to late night TV appearances, steady airplay at country radio and a pair of ACM nominations for top vocal duo and top new duo or group. They also enlisted longtime supporter John Rich to produce their lively self-titled debut album, which was released in early February.
