In most American cities, it’s been getting harder to sell a house for a few years now — and the buyer’s market can be difficult to navigate even if you’re one of country’s top hitmakers. That’s the lesson learned by John Rich, who’s taking no chances when it comes to selling his first Nashville residence — which, as luck would have it, sits next door to his current home.

John Rich has gone where Bret Michaels, Piers Morgan and Joan Rivers have gone before him. The country singer joined that trio by winning the 'The Celebrity Apprentice' Sunday night, beating out fellow finalist Marlee Matlin. For his victory, Rich took home $250,000 for his charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

John Rich has a lot to smile about lately. For one, he's one of the final two contestants vying for the title of Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice. He's up against Marlee Matlin, and the finale is on NBC this Sunday night.

Coming into this week’s episode, John Rich was one of the last five men standing on ‘Celebrity Apprentice.’ He was also coming off of a week as project manager, and while Team Backbone didn’t win, yet they still raised millions for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and demonstrates a keen understanding for playing Celebrity Apprentice.

If you ask me, Donald Trump's got his hands full on the 4th season of NBC's Celebrity Apprentice. Beginning tomorrow night, it's back to the drama, the board room, and to Donald's signature line, "you're fired."

The Jane Dear Girls have bloomed with their debut single, "Wildflower." The catchy song has led to late night TV appearances, steady airplay at country radio and a pair of ACM nominations for top vocal duo and top new duo or group. They also enlisted longtime supporter John Rich to produce their lively self-titled debut album, which was released in early February.

...and not just to Billy Ray Cyrus.  (Just threw him in because I'm diggin' the hair.)  Seriously, though...we're lovin' our JaneDear Girls!  Their hit tune Wildflower is growing right up the charts.

John Rich is officially on the cast of NBC's Celebrity Apprentice. The season premiere will be March 6.
