The Natrona County Sheriff's Office recently announced that they have added two new deputies to their department.

Governor Mark Gordon has rescinded a State of Emergency that was declared regarding COVID-19. On Monday, the Governor signed an Executive Order rescinding the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.

National Nurses Week kicks off on Thursday, May 6th, and especially the way the past year has gone, every nurse, and of course all frontline workers deserve more appreciation than we could possibly ever show them. But regardless of health situations, nurses certainly have made a great impact with every patient. And Wyoming just happens to be a great spot for those that hold the occupation.

'I lost my grandpa on December 14 to COVID. He battled for over a month. I got it to protect my family and community, so hopefully they don’t have to lose a loved one. It gives me peace of mind that, as a nurse being exposed to the virus, I’m doing what I can to protect everyone else around me.'

The awareness is as important as the donations for the health career workers.
