A suspect in Friday morning's shooting was shot by a Casper Police Officer after pointing firearm at officers during a pursuit.

Douglas Oneyear's mother Linda Lennen appealed the decision to the Denver-based 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which in March of this year affirmed Wyoming U.S. District Court Judge Skavdahl’s ruling.
