Through their attorneys, a fallen Wyoming Marine's family has issued a scathing response to actor Alec Baldwin's request that their lawsuit against him be dismissed.
Attorneys for Alec Baldwin have indicated that the actor has waived a summons in a lawsuit against him that the family of a Wyoming Marine filed last month.
It's been less than one month. In that time, more than $1 million has been donated to the wife and newly born child of Rylee McCollum, the U.S. Marine from Wyoming who was killed in the suicide bombing terrorist attack that occurred in Afghanistan in late August.
"He protected the airport as Americans and our allies escaped to safety. His mission saved thousands of lives. While Rylee was protecting others, he was killed by a terrorist bomb."
More than $770,000 has been raised for a Wyoming Marine from the Jackson area who was among the last to die during America's involvement in Afghanistan.
