Our latest round of "You Can Only Bring One Back: Which Do You Choose" was close, but Casper definitely has a favorite bar that they miss the most.

Casper City Council on Tuesday approved actions about two liquor licenses, but not before a restaurant owner and the mayor blamed the changes on the voter-approved smoking ban in November.

While the parade itself may be for kids and families, Parade Day is designated for all ages, as evidenced by the after parties that take place long after the parade has concluded. This year,  many bars played host to the after parties that took place.
