The Town of Thayne wants federal court to dismiss the discrimination lawsuit filed by Rusty and Marc Andrus.

The Andruses bought a century-old building that had been on the market for eight years on Main Street, and remodeled it with an old west theme.

“Seeing a deer test positive for CWD west of the continental divide again is concerning,” said Deputy Chief of the Wildlife Division Scott Edberg.
