Three days a week, 85-year-old Pat Bronsdon swims anywhere from 3/4 of a mile to a mile at a local pool in Casper, Wyoming.

The YMCA of Natrona County is offering free swim lessons to 3rd graders in the Natrona County School District.

The YMCA of Natrona County is inviting Y members, and the community as a whole, to participate in a national challenge, called STRONG.
