After lengthy closures, some lasting over 24 hours, Wyoming's interstate highways reopened Saturday and Sunday as the weekend's winter storm wound down.

Some areas of Interstate 25 and Interstate 80, however, were still reported to be slick with hazards including blowing and drifted snow Sunday morning.

Still closed as of 11:30 a.m. were WY 487 between WY 220 and Medicine Bow, WY 270 between the Niobrara/Platte County Line and US 18, WY 430 between Rock Springs and the Colorado border, and US 191 between I-80 and the Utah border.

Casper Mountain Road was also closed, with no estimated reopening time.

Other state highways, while open to traffic, were not in great shape. WYDOT reported reduced visibility and extreme blow over risk in some areas.
