The Wyoming Highway Patrol visited the Freedom Elementary School in Cheyenne. Their purpose, to make a child's dream a reality and steal a potential recruit from the Kansas Highway Patrol.

The WHP surprised a student by the name of Jason, who's father is currently serving in the military and stationed overseas. Jason was made a Junior Trooper and appeared to be having the time of his life playing in a patrol car.

The WHP posted the following video along with the mesage that read:

While his dad is serving overseas, the Wyoming Highway Patrol made his dream come true.
Sorry, Kansas Highway Patrol we stole this future trooper from you!

Jason had the cutest responses to statements from the troopers. For instance, when they gave him a WHP plate for his bicycle, he responded with:

But I didn't make my drivings lessons.

Kids say the cutest things.
