There's a great book, that you may be familiar with, called "Everyone Poops". The book explains to kids that there's nothing to be ashamed about for using the bathroom. This book has made really helped more people to be comfortable about the topic.

When I was growing up, bathroom practices weren't common conversations. Now, the topic isn't as void as in years past and thanks to everyone's favorite emoji it's the new normal.

Living in Wyoming and going on Wyoming adventures, you're going to need to use the bathroom eventually. If you're on a multiple day hiking/camping trip and you're nowhere near a toilet, you're going to have to do what you need to do to get relief.

Sure it's not what you want to have to think about, but if you have a plan of action, you'll be more prepared to get the job done.

The Jurgy family is an #RVLIFE family. The mom, dad and two daughters have traveled all over the country going from campground to campground and share their travel experiences with their social media followers. While much of what they discuss is fun and happy, but not all topics are comfortable to talk about. For those rough topics, making light of the situation and having fun with it, is the best way to go.

One of those uncomfortable topics is having to squat while in nature. Whether it's #1 or #2, you have to do, what you have to do. Nellie Jurgy made a very quick and easy tutorial video, with the help of a few other ladies, to describe the best ways to squat, when you don't have a pot.

Squatting outdoors to use the bathroom is probably not something that parents teach their kids when they're potty training, but maybe it should be. Sure would be a good skill to learn at an early age, so you're well prepared when nature calls and you have to answer that call while away from a commode.

Always remember when you're packing your heading out hiking, camping or traveling you should always pack accordingly. You should always have toilet paper and wipes or just one of the other....If not you're using a pine cone or handful leaves.

These methods aren't specific to just women, men can use them too.

A Historic Hike To Wyoming's Outlaw Cave

The drive into the canyon is quite the beautiful drive. It's not too far from Kaycee, but you'll need a vehicle with good clearance and suspension. When you arrive to the Outlaw Cave Campground, you're mind is blown from the size of the canyon. The drive and hike are worth every minute spent on the road to get there.
