A Casper man is in jail for Driving Under the Influence after trying to run through an accident scene.

Casper Police were at the scene of a rollover accident on Bryan Stock Trail at Sunshine Drive at 8:30 Monday night.

One officer parked his patrol car in the middle of the road with lights flashing, to essentially close the street to through traffic until the accident was cleared.

And several cars complied. But one, driven by 51-year-old Kevin Stark, reportedly tried to drive right through the accident scene.

Police flagged him down, and when officers talked with him, they say they smelled alcohol on his breath.

Stark failed a field sobriety test, was arrested for DUI. At the Natrona County Detention Center, he agreed to a breathalyzer test, and blew a .110% blood alcohol content.

Stark is still in the Natrona County Detention Center.
