Casper’s Logan Wilson Is Soaring At Football’s Highest Level
You can take the boy out of Wyoming, but never take Wyoming out of the boy. Logan Wilson is proving that in a recent interview with Kay Adams from Up and Adams on Fan Duel TV.
Logan's journey into the NFL began in Casper at Natrona County High School, continued to the University Of Wyoming in Laramie and has now led him to Cincinnati to start as linebacker for the reigning AFC champion Cincinnati Bengals.
In the interview, Wilson is proudly wearing that Wyoming hat and showing off his Wyoming pride. In the background you see a pic of focused Logan with his hand over his heart.
In the interview, Logan was asked about a couple upcoming games that are important for the Bengals return to the Super Bowl.
One being against Tampa Bay and one of the NFL's best quarterbacks, Tom Brady. The Bengals are heading into Tampa to play the Buccaneers. The last week there was a situation where a defensive player from the 49er's intercepted Brady, then had him sign the ball. When asked if he intercepted Brady, would Logan take the ball to Tom to have it signed. His reply
I don't know, I don't know if I'd actually do it. It's one of those things where you like talk about it, but then you're actually in the situation to do it and, you're like, I don't know if I'd actually do it. It would be a good time to get a turn over from him.
Logan was also asked about the upcoming January 2nd Monday Night Football game vs his former college teammate Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills. When asked what will go through his mind when Josh is barreling down the field coming toward him, Logan said...
One, not to get hurdled. He's been known to hurdle some guys. He's a freak athlete, and he'll also run you over. So I mean, you gotta worry about everything he's going to do with the ball in his hands.
You can still help Logan make it into the Pro Bowl, by voting for him.
The interview is fun to watch and shows how down to earth and how Logan remains true to his Wyoming roots. Check it out and cheer on the Bengals this weekend as they look to take down the GOAT and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
