Casper’s Roundabout Gets Pranked

If you live in the Centennial Hills subdivision on east side of Casper, then you might have seen the round-a-bout fountain got pranked sometime between Friday evening and Saturday morning.

As I loaded up my gear and headed up to the Beartrap Summer festival on Saturday.  I drove past Casper's only round-a-bout and noticed something strange.

The round-a-bout has a rock formation fountain in the center and is a centerpiece for the neighborhood gateway.  But on Saturday morning - I noticed it was a foaming mess!

Someone(s) had placed some sort of foaming agent into the fountain to get the desired or more than desired result of a mountain of foam!

I was in a bit of a hurry but managed to stop and grab a couple of photos, before heading up to this weekends music festival.  Again this morning, I stopped and took photos of the now drained and CLEAN fountain in its normal state (minus the fountain which has been turned off).
