Charlie Daniels Flying From Bagdad to Kuwait [PHOTO]

Beartrap Summer Festival fan Randy Emerson sent us this photo of his son Michael Emerson flying with Charlie Daniels in a C-130.

Michael Emerson was a captain with the 50th airlift squadron when he flew Charlie Daniels from Bagdad back to Kuwait in a C-130. The Charlie Daniels Band did a tour over sees to entertain American troops in 2005. Charlie and the band performed three times a day for troops stationed in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Germany. He is a great guy and we are very excited to have him here in Casper at the Beartrap Summer Festival!
