Beartrap Meadow will once again play host for the 2018 23rd annual Canines for Charity Sled Dog Races.

Siberian Huskies, Labrador Retrievers and many other breeds of dogs with show off their pulling power, speed, stamina and agility.   Everyone is welcome and attendance is free, but please leave your family pets at home (for their safety!).

There will also be a fundraising banquet on Saturday night at the Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center.  The banquet is open to everyone and is a benefit for the Natrona County 4H programs. Race Day #1

Late Registration at 8:00am at Bear Trap Meadow atop Casper Mountain

Short Trail Orientation Meeting with Floyd Dunn at 8:30am in the White Tent

Races start at 9:00am

Long distance races go first , Mid Distance races, 3 Mile & 1 Mile Races, 100 Yard Dash.

After the Races on Sunday, everyone is invited over to the Announcer's Shed (overlooking the start / finish line) for the awards ceremony to congratulate the winning teams and mushers.
