Taste of Country recently reported on rumors about Gwyneth Paltrow signing a record deal that have been circulating for a few weeks. Today, the New York Post is now reporting that it is almost certain that Paltrow will be signing a contract with Atlantic Records, with the hopes of cutting a country album.
